All i've been able to glean

PEC was delayed till 3.15pm

Meeting was then adjourned so that document could be distributed/read

Section by section it was analysed

Key aspects - Pensions has been taken out - Consultation to take place with our starting point being current scheme to be maintained.

Flexibility - reduced to 30mins- negotiated with local CWU rep

Pay - as reported £175 lump sum, 5.4% from Oct, 1.5% from April

Later starts -even though executive action has been taken each office will have chance of revision/re negotiation of duties including start/finish time

PEC should be all done by early afternoon tomorrow!! They are likely to ask for minor adjustments to Ward and Co will go back to RM for these!!

Seems like acceptance is in the air!

No news on D2D or any other issues previously reported

Sorry about the vagueness - it all i could glean from various sources

thanks for input but I have major problems with what is being rumoured about what the deal is or will be. The main problem that I have is that there is 22 points, but this only deals with 3 of them. I feel sure that things like, a new I.R framework / monthly pay new conduct and attendance procedures have not even been talked about.

I and my members went on strike for all the issues not just the main ones. So I want a deal on all issues, not just the bits that are easy to deal with.

Thanks for the info.

30 mins on flexibility. Hmmmm.

Does that mean if we give them 30 mins on a Monday, we can get it back off them on a Tuesday? Surely flexibility should work both ways?

Would this be balloted after the consultation? Otherwise it's just delaying the inevitable.

30 minutes is negotiated with local rep, or more than 30 minutes negotiated?
