Training is a joke. There is an awful lots of posties who scan tracked, recorded's, specials and internationals that come with the specials, but nothing else. There must be a huge percentage of internationals that come mixed with ordinary packets and don't get scanned.

What do u mean? notification might be lost

What I mean is that it's quite likely that you have to pay tax & processing charge to release your item, so there should have been notification of this posted through your letter box, but it's not unknown for the little cards that tell you about that to go missing. If you call customer services tomorrow they should be able to tell you if that is the case. Alternatively, if you are passing your local Royal Mail Delivery Office (NOT Post Office) it might be worth asking in person.

It normally comes then it's at your local delivery office

Have you called Royal Mail to ask? I think we established earlier that tracking on this service is minimal, so the note on the tracking website doesn't mean it's at the mail centre, just that the mail centre is the last place it was seen. If you don't act it might just get returned to sender. And even if that isn't the case, you should at least be starting an enquiry about this.
