where is my package?

Hello.

I'm new here and obviously I have a problem :cry
I'm expecting small package (accessories for camera) from Scotland and from tracking number RN191440237GB i see that the package has left the UK?
Usually after that on Croatian Post tracking (I'm from Croatia) info about package is seen either the same or the next day, but
this time nothing (after 4days!)
So I'm little worried and don't know where my package is. Is it possible that package has been sent to some other country?

The tracking is showing that it was despatched to Zargreb, Croatia on Friday, so at least it has arrived in the correct country. Don't be concerned about the 'received unknown bag - missing dun' bit, that's quite usual.

it's me again. i spoke to Croatian Post and they say that the package isn't in Croatia. is it possible that Royal Mail have some other route and didn't sent it directly to Croatia?

It may be coming by GLS who are based in Germany, they are suffering strikes at the moment. My best advice is to use twitter to contact an official RM service @RoyalMail is their handle.

Hello, the item will be received by the postal system after clearance by the Custom's Service
