HELP! WHERE IS MY PARCEL
My boyfriend has sent me, to Germany, a parcel with the tracking number RN107600418GB via International Tracked and Signed for. He sent it on the 22th of may and its the forth of june already. Last update was on 23th of may: Despatched to GLS Germany. I have contacted GLS and they know nothing about the parcel and RM couldn't be a help to me either. My question is now, where is my parcel?! Usually it takes a week to arrive, its been more than a week now. I mean, it can take longer I dont mind but why no tracking since? Where did my parcel land? Where is it at all? :( Im very concerned since it was an important one.

Quite often these problems relate to the parcel containing prohibited items (e.g. a mobile phone). Could you tell us what is inside please?

The four things you mentioned are not prohibited, so it's not that. Maybe one of the RM bods can give you a proper answer, but to me it looks like it has left the country, but it hasn't shown up at the other end: there might be delays at German customs? If it doesn't arrive by the end of the month your boyfriend can lodge a claim using the receipt that the Post Office gave him and a P58 International form.
