The South shouldn't get an equal share on this?
ARGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! WE DONT GET PAID FOR D2D ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Everyone now gets a payment for D2D's included in their pay
To coincide with the introduction of the national agreement unit payments will cease and the 3 items per week cap will be removed. D2D monies will be turned into a delivery supplement paid 52 weeks a year for all delivery employees (OPG and ORR) pro rata for part time employees.

Ok so where it says D2D monies will be turned into a delivery supplement is a load of crap and in your world means nobody gets a penny for D2D items.
We all get a payment irrespective of if we are delivery, mail center etc.
That's all i'm saying here - we all get a payment and it's from D2D's - not for delivering D2D's.

You get a supplement based on your hours worked.
YOU NO LONGER GET PAID FOR D2D.
You get the supplement 52 weeks per year,Do you deliver D2D 52 Weeks per year?
Once More........................YOU NO LONGER GET PAID FOR D2D
Its a budget exercise - the MONIES that used to pay for D2Ds (a volatile budget) has been moved into the Supplements (A fixed budget).
If the Various Supplements, of which Delivery is the highest, do indeed pay us for D2Ds, then why did they introduce Mail Centre Supplement, Bundling Centre Supplements and others, when they never got paid for them.
The one thing we can agree on, without the name calling, is that the wording of the agreement is poor, but then that's been the case since "The Way Forward" agreement.

Leaving aside the ridiculous "debate" that has followed, it is a fair point.
Either way, half the workforce are going to be disappointed.
Perhaps concentrating on basic pay, rather than variable and manipulable bonuses would be a better aim.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
