Mail seems stuck at Heathrow

Hi everyone,

I could use some advice on something that has come up on one of my parcels. The sender posted it Friday the 15th, but it has been sitting at Heathrow Worldwide DC with the status RECEIVEDUNKNOWNBAG - MISSING DUN since the 16th of May at 00:49. I researched what "MISSING DUN" meant and didn't think much of it as it looked like it was on its way still. But it has been what I think it's too long since the last update, so I'm afraid something might have happened to it.

I took a look at some of the existing posts beforehand which mentioned that the receiving country's customs could have it, but I think that's impossible being that it came from the UK to Portugal. Plus it has never happened to me before...

I thought about contacting customer support directly, but the form only takes UK addresses anyways. So I would just like to get some advice from the community as to if this is normal or if I should do something now.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply! You seem do be dead on. I took a look and it does say it was received at a German warehouse the 19th May at 07:13, nothing else.

So, it goes through Germany to get to Portugal...I guess there is obviously a reason it's done that way, but it is funny from a layman's standpoint. In your opinion, is this waiting time normal or is the lack of updates since the 19th worrisome?
