It is managements intention to move away from national agreements local allow some offices to get away with things others as you say will get stuffed, did I mention long and shorts are in this deal aswell? I for one am not looking forward to a short tuesday for a long saturday, also they can still vary attendance by half an hour but the two hours is no longer there.

I believe that you will find it to be a national agreement on pay conditions, but locally things will be agreed from centre to centre

What do you mean 'if you have a tosser for an Area Manager your stuffed'?

I thought it was a pre-requisite for the job

I think it means "Everyone will be stuffed, but it won't be immediately obvious from the wording of the deal so it's more likely to get through".

That's the same deal as RM put to us before (excluding the £175) so I'll be voting no for that. Of course I'm going to hold off going postal until I actually see the proposals :no no
