It is managements intention to move away from national agreements local allow some offices to get away with things others as you say will get stuffed, did I mention long and shorts are in this deal aswell? I for one am not looking forward to a short tuesday for a long saturday, also they can still vary attendance by half an hour but the two hours is no longer there.

Two year pay offer
5.4% on basic and weekday overtime from October 2007
1.5% on basic pay from April 2008
Plus £175.00 lump sum in October (pro rata(from ESOS which will close)
50:50 productivity on local savings over budget
Colleague share dividends of £800 (£400 for deploying local flexibility and £400 for hitting group targets!
All above on these conditions......
remove night shifts
Introduce network 2007 including later starts
Ceasing Sunday collections etc.
FLEXIBILITY by LOCAL deployment plan in place by January next year and implemented by April 2008
Support for pension reform
The pension consultation timetable
Pension proposal mailed to everyone's home from Friday 12 October
The consultation on pensions opens formally on Monday 15 October
The consultation closes 21 December
Final pension document issued January 2008
D2D have been taken out of the negotations so you'll get paid for what you do.The future of d2d payments will be discussed next .
