I sent a parcel to Germany but forgot to put a return address on it, the tracking now shows this

How would I go about getting my parcel, and the address was right so how come it never got delivered?

What was the contents of the parcel? It's probably down to a problem with someting like a li-on battery or other n--fly item being in the parcel

SP, it was flown to Germany and back. Seems delivery was unsuccessfully attempted, and parcel was not collected. Might be due to address being in a apartment block, see http://www.royalmailchat.co.uk/communit ... =6&t=47588" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

It was a pair of trainers and yeh I think it was an apartment block, how do I go about contacting them to get it returned to me as there was no return address

It would be sent to the National Return Centre in Belfast. As there was no return address on wrapping they would open it to see if there is anything with senders address there, in order to return it. They receive thousands of items every week this might take weeks. If there is no sender's address in the parcel they keep it for four months, in case it is claimed. If it is not claimed it will be disposed of after four months. Either auctioned or incinerated.
