Tracking item
So I live in Canada I've been tracking my package with Royal Mail. & today I got a notification that my item was undelivered and wrongly directed. I'm very worried what is going on with my parcel. Any advice?

You need to contact the Canadian post. Would Toronto be the right part of Canada for you? If it's not then it's probably been sent back to Canadian's Post's central hub to be forward onto the correct delivery office

Toronto is the right part for me. I contacted my Canadian post & apparently the item was sent to a different part of Ontario by mistake! & then it said it was being redirected. So I'm hoping now it will come to my correct address! Thank you so much for your advice! :)
