Urgent help
I was sent a parcel through Royal Mail from UK to Nigeria since 16/03/2015, but still haven't received the parcel and on tracking it keeps saying Your item, posted on 16/03/15 with reference RU*********Gb has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in NIGERIA. Please I want to know where in I can find a Royal Mail office in Nigeria.. Thanks

Thanks for the link... The message there shows it's been despatched to Lagos Nigeria since 17/03/2015... But dunno where in Lagos and how to contact

The message simply means that Royal Mail put it on a plane to Nigeria that day & time. The reference to Lagos means that Lagos is the port of entry, not the final destination. So the parcel should have reached Nigeria, if not the intended destination. Your next move should be to try the tracking number on the website of the Nigerian national postal operator and go and ask at their office.

Real thanks guys, just tracked with the link and the parcel is in the states post office addressed to since the 25/03/2015... So will check them out on Monday.. So grateful
