Hi

Please help

I sent a parcel to Bulgaria on thr 30th March and its seems to be stuck at Romania sibiu
Tracking info RN118566006GB How long will this delivery take?? or has it already been delivered.

If you go to the GLS tracking site https://gls-group.eu/EU/en/parcel-tracking" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and enter the tracking number - when the result come up there is a contact link on the RH side. Hopefully you'll get better details straight from the carrier.

Ok will do thanks for that information but is it normal for the status to remain the same for days?? since the 9th of this month its have been stuck in romaina sibiu and has not been updated since should I be worried ?

Its not abnormal for GLS, but Easter has probably delayed it somewhat.
