Hi Guys,
I have just registered to use Royal Mail PPI Services. I'm all set to post my first sack of parcels via the second class service. I'm slightly confused about the details to go on the green 2nd class PPI Label.
The docket no. is the consignment number generated when you confirm your order in the OBA?
The Poster is my own Address along with PPI Numuber?
Also on the other side of the label it reads 'Printed Postage Impression mail Postage of this mail requires accompanying documentation'. What is the accompanying documentation that is being referred to?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm completely new to this.
