Hello.I have a parcel that has been sent via Ukraine post and at track : RA323276894UA trackdetails says it's collected.26/03/15 07:55 RECEIVED IN UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
How long i will have to wait to receive the parcel? And if there will any updates.

It's probably stuck in customs, it's not unusual for items to take a month or more to clear customs

OK,if the parcel is detained in customs, that the recipient must be informed or not?
