I bought a phone and got tracking number on 16.3. Im shipping it to Europe, Slovakia.
Im checking the number now for 3 days and its still on:

its still like for 3 days, but when I tried detail tracking I got this:

Its my parcel stucked or what? Do somebody have experience with this?

is there a battery in the package for the phone? that may cause you issues
