My parcel is stucked!!

Hello,

My wife sent me important documents from London to Bulgaria with Royalmail and here is what it says when i track

Status: It's on its way
Your item, posted on 10/03/15 with reference RNxxxxxxxxxGB has been received at our international mail centre and is being made ready for despatch overseas.
Last update: 20 March 2015, 10:57am

Already 9 working days and its the same status every time i check. Usually when she sends me anything with Royalmail it takes 5 days but this time it is stucked! And the problem is i need this documents asap they are very important.
What should we do?

i tried to track in GLS and it says
No results.
Please check the tracking number(s) or shipment reference(s).

also i contact the courier who usually deliver in Bulgaria and they said that the tracking number is invalid they can't find it but the tracking number works on Royalmail website.

Hello guys, today is 13 working days and still the same status, we are started to get worry if the parcel is lost also my wife contacted Royalmail and they told that they cant locate it and i called the delivery company here and they also told me there is nothing arrived in Bulgaria. there are personal informations in the documents, plus ID card. Should we wait more or what to do, i would really appreciate your help.
