I looking for my item RR158661124my, it's no any update almost 2 month, please help me to find my important parcel send to my son in Uk, who use if for study.

Just checked various sites;

I have a parcel that was sent to me from America, the tracking number is CJ422659011US. It shows it left Heathrow on 21st Jan but nothing since and Im concerned. can anyone help as ive got no idea where to even start on tracking it down!

I am in the exact same situation. My tracking says "Your item departed a transfer airport in Heathrow, London, UNITED KINGDOM on February 2, 2015 at 11:39 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination"

This is on the USPS website, yet on the Parcel Force site it looks like it hasn't left the US. I checked your tracking code and we have identical messages, just different dates of course - yours being much earlier though.

When I speak to PF they say according to their records it's not entered the UK yet, as no incoming scan has been done.

I got my sender to check with USPS and they say the scan on the 2nd Feb is with Customs and its been forwarded to postal agent.

I spoke to Customs yesterday and she checked and they are up to date with mail, certainly from the 2nd Feb or before, so there is no hold up there.

Can only hope this is just customs taking their time, but given yours is a number of days earlier than mine, I'm in for a long wait!

First time I have had this issue, usually its 2-3 days once it hits the UK, if you have a charge once it's at the local depot you can pay and its delivered the day after. What's annoying is no one is saying the parcel with them, so you are stuck with nothing. I'm going to wait a few weeks first then see about claiming for lost mail.

hi there, i just read your posts and i have exactly the same issue. I have a parcel on the way from portland and tracking now replicates yours with no movement for 4 days. I was hoping one of you could tell me if your parcels did finally arrive?? i would appreciate any help thanks.

I have the same situation. My status on USPS website says Your item departed a transfer airport in Heathrow, London, UNITED KINGDOM on February 6, 2015. Parcelforce records show still in Miami. I am at my wits end as to know what to do. Can we all keep each other updated please

I am having this exact same problem. I have an item coming from us that landed on Heathrow 26th of January acording to USPS website. But on the parcel force website it says that the item is in San Francisco aiport.
It's been a month now and I am beginning to think that my package I completely lost and no one will do anything. I find amazing that these companies(Parcel Force and USPS) dont contact you when a package is lost or delayed.
I hope that you guys have better luck than me.

Also having this problem... Except I can't even track on parcel force like you guys can. My item says it departed London heathrow on the 22nd of feb.. From the U.S. Emailed Royal Mail and parcel force and they can't find it in the UK at all. Does this mean it's reached customs or has it got lost before of even made it there? I've never had to wait this long for anything before - even from China. It's rather worrying.

I shipped a package from Arizona to London on February 24 -- told it would take 7-14 days to arrive. It is now 23 days later and hasn't arrived, so I contacted the Post Office in Arizona and they said it's held up in customs at Heathrow. They can't give me any more information than that. I have never shipped a package to the UK before so can someone please help me. What do I do next? I don't have any idea how to contact customs at Heathrow to find out why it's being held up. I read the other posts about VAT. Are you saying that after paying to ship it, I'll owe additional money? If that's the case how would I pay it given we're not in the UK.

It's not unusual for items to get stuck at customs for a month or more, until customs release the item to Royal Mail there is nothing that can be done.

Try the tracking number there if there's a entry with a tracking point for Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Center then it's probably been released by customs.

If there's a customs fee to pay the person that you've posted it to will get a card through the post saying that there's a customs fee to pay before they get the parcel (think it's £8 plus whatever the customs fee is)

when i have bought it i have spoke with the seller on ebay and asked to deliver to Romania and he agreed.this is the tracking number

Probably sent to uk in error - it may be forwarded on to Romania, or returned to China.

stuck in Heathrow for almost 3 weeks.

Can someone tell me if this should get a new Royal Mail GB tracking number once it gets passed into UK? Or does it always keep the original US tracking number until the final destination?

Also, as I'm having this sent to Parcel Motel in Northern Ireland, does anyone know how they handle bills for payment of customs fees? Do they pay it and debit my account with them?
