Hi,
Although you have a tacking system, but it is really frustrating when trying to check the shipment status and find it arrived to "OFFICE UNKNOWN" !!
Well, how should I know the real status ?? whom should I contact ?!
I need to know when I will receive it ? shipment reference (RI594808821GB)
Please list the contacts for the unknown offices to contact them when it is necessary.

Sorry we aren't an official Royal Mail site so we can't give you the numbers for unknown offices.
However tracking is showing as in Egypt and delivery was attempted today at 0944 http://egyptpost.org/en/services.aspx?Services_id=118
