I sent a letter consisting of legal documents Indonesia with International Signed For on Friday 30th of January at 17:30. The letter still has not arrived until now and I'm getting worried. I didn't know that the International Signed For doesn't track outside the UK and I wasn't told about it in the PO- should have done more research next time. I called the customer service and they told me that there's nothing they can do...nor they know where the letter is except that it has left the UK on the 31-01-2015.
Help, please??

No, still doesn't work. The recipient in Indonesia have contacted the central post office in the town where all mails and packages are received and the checking post offices where everything are scanned before delivery- but none of them could track the RU--------GB tracking code.
RM customer service told me that they won't be able to do full investigation until 25 working days. Is there anyway I can get them to do it? I know it's my fault for not doing enough research regarding the delivery method, but I believe they are responsible for this too for not letting me know to use Parcelforce instead when I have told them that the package consists of legal documents.

From the tracking in the first post it looks like the item is already in Indonisia but I can't see how given the timezone difference with Indonisia being 7 hours ahead of the UK.
Give the tracking number a try at http://ems.posindonesia.co.id/ Does it recognise the tracking number at all, if it does, are there any entries?
