Hi,
I had a parcel sent to me fro Russia which according to both the Russian Post tracking and the Royal Mail Track and Track arrived at Heathrow (GBLALA) on 28th December.
Since then there have been no updates on either tracking site. I know it takes a while for items to clear Customs, but in this case does it sound like it has got lost?
The Russian Post tracking information states that the sender didn't declare the value of the item (it's a £25 watch) and didn't include a note, could this be contributing to the delay?
What happens to items where the value isn't declared? Is it up to the sender or the recipient to provide proof of the value? It was an Ebay purchase, so I have evidence of the value.
Many thanks
