Hello.
I sent a royal mail signed for mail around 2 weeks ago, I don't remember the exact date and I also lost the receipt. But I have the reference number which is "BZ600357933GB". When I try to track it, it says: Status: "Please come back later
Your item has reached the delivery office and is out for delivery."
It should have been delivered but still the message says this, I don't know what happened. The mail contains some important documents to the HM Revenue. Could you please give me any information.

Best bet is to contact the recipient and they may be able to advise if it has been received or not as it seems from the tracking info that it's still not been confirmed as delivered
