Hello,
We currently have about 5-10 full sacks of PPI large letters we send in the UK and EU everyday, to make things easier I drop it off at my local delivery office at around 7.30-8.30am every 1-2 days.
The guy who I think may be the manager is giving me a hard time over taking the mail, trying to put me off dropping it off there and having a general attitude problem with it.
What is your stance on this guys? Is there a hidden reason as why they are reluctant to accept it? I'm going to call my account manager in the morning to ask but wanted to know if theres an insiders view on this.
To clarify this is a sorting/delivery office we are dropping it off at and NOT a post office.
Thanks

Might be worth giving Royal Mail a call about collections from you're site

If the paperwork and everything is okay then they should accept it. However as we are in the pre-christmas rush it may just be that because they have to take it to the collections area and process it means that they are one down if there is a queue.
Christmas is a mega busy time, it may be that the stress is getting to them.
