INT TRACKED AND SIGNED TO USA - STUCK IN FRANCE??

Hi - a parcel I sent to the USA on 12/11 has a status of :

Status: It's on its way
Your item, posted on 12/11/14 with reference RN081916205GB has arrived in ROISSY CTCI IMP RAP and is being processed for delivery.

Now it's been some time and I assume this means it's in France - is this normal for something posted from the UK? Is there anything I can do (other than wait then make a claim)?

Looking at this unofficial site it looks like it is on its way to the US now.

I have a similar problem with an item going to Canada.

Have you resolved the problem by any chance or found any further information?

Thanks - from what I can see, neither of those other sites provide anything useful. There is nothing to say that the parcel is anywhere! Still nothing and it looks like I will have to provide a refund on Ebay. Awful service for something that is supposedly tracked.

The USPS link above now shows it on the way, so looks like it is at least in the USA - hopefully my buyer will hold out another couple of days. :Very Happy
