Where on the package (pre-printed label), written on by sender, or by another. On a form etc - if possible a picture would really help, but hide the address.

Re: royalmail EU
In this context it means nothing to do with Royal Mail. The big 24 is the postage mark. The "Delivered by" bit is part of the PPI contract. The Royal Mail 24 likely a default from the label printing software.
The rest is stuff the poster puts on.
They may have configured their software to put the type of postage on to help themselves checking they're submitting the right payments. You're in Europe so they put Airmail EU on it. It means nothing beyond they chose to have "Airmail EU" written on the label.
If they're trying to say they sent it tracked then the barcode and number below it do not relate to a Royal Mail service.
What is the issue with it saying Airmail EU?

Re: royalmail EU
It's a PPI account so it doesn't matter what they print on the label it gets the same service - 24 or 48 would imply 1st or 2nd class inland, the fact it it going abroad means they get treated at the same speed.azoreangirl wrote:i asked the question about this royal mail EU tring to knoow what kind of service they contract with royal mail, if itsd standard , economy or anything else get it?thanks for your hhelp in advance and also another question?how much times takes international standard to arrive in portugal?thanks again
Normal postage to Portugal is 3-5 working days. However we are in the Christmas run-up now (as of last week) which means International is going through the roof and there will likely be additional delays - this is why last posting dates are when they are (Portugal is 13th December for arrival before Christmas.)
Depending on the local carrier there may be additional delays getting mail from the mainland to the islands however I know nothing about this.
