Hello guys,
Just bough some items in UK and used Royal Mail to sent them to me. I used the Internation Tracked package and everything was ok until 2 days ago.
When i access the Royal Mail tracker i get the following message:
19/07/14 AM DESPATCHED TOLISBON PORTUGAL PORTUGAL
19/07/14 AM DESPATCHED TOLISBON PORTUGAL PORTUGAL
As far i know the package is already in Portugal but where? Who is going to deliver it? I tryed the tracking code on the GLS website and it says it doesn't exist. On CTT (Portugal Courier) the same...
Anyone experienced the same issue?

Is that all the entries for its tracking? If not can you please post all the tracking entries?

I have exactly the same issue. UK to Portugal. Strange because this is the second (all be it slightly larger) parcel I have ordered recently, both tracked, the first one turned up on the CTT website within two days of it being dispatched, but not
this one however, I have exactly the same problem as you, no idea who has got it or where it is. Stuck at Lisbon airport maybe?

What entries are there on that tracking? That will show if it has at least left the UK.
Try the tracking number at https://gls-group.eu/EU/en/parcel-tracking?match=" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; as they sometimes handle registered post sent by RM to Portugal
