Good morning
This is my first post not sure if it is the correct place so forgive me if I am in the wrong place
I have had a Royal Mail account for many years, I use OBA and DMO I use the BPL code within OBA as I am not VAT registered, I was wondering if there are any plans to include the BPL code within DMO, BFPO is included within DMO so perhaps it would not be such a huge deal to include the BPL
Royal Mail are are being very pro active in trying to get small business to sign up with them but DMO is very expensive compared to rival courier firms, everyday I am contacted by companies such as My Hermes and dispatch bay, I am very happy with the service a receive but the prices they are quoting me are starting to tempt me, a 20% saving on all my tracked items would go a long way to making me stay
