Lost parcel

Hi!

My business partners send me a package with a sport goods ( high value) via Royalmail Int Contract Signed For +comp. The parcel tracking number is RQ147614857GB. From the 08/07/2014 I see only next info: 08/07/14 19:03 DESPATCHABLE TOHWDC SIGNED FOR ROAD 3. And that's all... Was my parcel stolen or lost, I don't know. But I know that package can't dissapear by itself.
How can I trace this parcel? Is there a little hope to find it? The value is high, so I very dissapointed with this, all previous 4 years everything was OK with all my parcels, and in a last 2 months 2 parcels goes to wrong countries (one of them I received and one still somewhere) and 1 parcel is dissapeared... Maybe administrators of forum can say something about?

The item number RQ147614857GB arrived on 01.08.2014 to office of international postal exchange of Ukraine KYIV MMPO, the postcode 03928.
