Thing is I've seen some addresses that have a note saying deliver to no 50. and it's 3 flights of stairs down in a block of flats. What needs to be done is have regular internet shoppers store their details in a central database, then we can type in on the PDA what address the packet was left with, they then get email/text confirmation.
