Sry can't give you a reason for parcel in Glasgow. However...if you read CNet they did a report on the cheap phones from China. They have been interfered with. They track your phone calls and a load of other horrid things.

The other tracking page Royal Mail has says http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

which means it has been delivered.
You may need to contact the sender, especially if you are not in Glasgow, they may have used a cloned tracking number.
