I spoke to a royal mail rep awhile ago, he told me if tracking still in customs by july 2nd to call back and I can get compensation for the item. Does anyone know the process of this? what information will they ask for ? its now jully 11th and still tracking shows stuck in customs. Advise please.

RM don't pay compensation for inbound items, they would need to contact the sending postal service, That for is only for claiming for outbound items
