Hello people.
I have sent an item from Portugal to Uk in 27 May 2014, still not arrived to destination.
The tracking number show that the package is in Langley hwdc since 29 May 2014.
Why the item take almoust 2 mouth to the destination (and counting).
I already have talk to ctt post and they tell me to talk with royal mail.
I have sent an item to royal mail 1 mouth ago and still am waiting for the reply.
What can i do?

What tracking entries are there when you try the tracking number at http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Without the tracking history cut and pasted here its difficult to advise. But 6 weeks after entering the country is unusual unless there was something of interest to the officials/border control/customs etc. If not then I am afraid its probably lost so you'll be best to put a claim in against the Portuguese Post Office who will claim from Royal Mail.
