I ordered 2 items from Amazon, one arrived Wednesday as expected, but the other hasn't shown up at all despite it being 3 days after expected delivery date, the tracking information shows it as being "out for delivery" since 6am of the morning it was supposed to arrive.
I have not had a card or anything through the door to say if it's being held anywhere.
Never experienced this before, what should I do?

contact Amazon they'll have better procedures set up to call RM, and the problem may be at their end. Could you give the tracking number a try at http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and post all entries? (that address gives more detail then the normal tracking page)
