Hello
I have the following parcel at HWDC as per Royal Mail Intranet - RT523372953DE - the part time postman came to deliver to my house, and unfortunately he marked my parcel as REFUSED, this caused that my parcel that came from Germany, went to HWDC, I have contacted my local post office and they cannot sort the problem here in Wembley.
Also the parcel should be sent back to Germany, but RM never did.
Can somebody help??

So it's been returned to sender and is still being processed at HWDC, and has been for the last 11 days. This sadly isn't unusual for an item to take a while to get through customs and there's really nothing that Royal Mail can to about that as they are presumably waiting for customs to release it to them for onward travel.
Using the Royal Mail website, it seems there are no overseas scans on this item before it arrived in England - have you tried the tracking info on the German carrier's site to see if they have more information?

Yes, I tried on the Deutsche Post Sendungvervolgen (Tracking ) as I speak German, they say basically the same info as yours, the sender in Germany is my friend and also as the same info, I think now is just waiting as you say fro the Customs to release the item to be sent back to Germany.
What shall I do ?
