I know delivery postmen/women often get tips leading up to Christmas.
Are they allowed to accept them at other times of year? My mother is moving house and wants to give a few quid to her regular postman but obviously doesn't want to cause him any embarrassment if he is not allowed to receive it outside the Christmas season.
