How to locate a post box with collection code 24008279

Hi. Does anyone know whether it is possible to get a location of a royal mail collection box using its collection plate code? Many thanks.

strange question the area post code and key number are sometimes on the front of the box

That code does not seem to resemble a post box code.

https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ ... 202009.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; this shows most of the Boxes from 2009. The Box numbers appear to be Postcode Area and a number.

theres a different code inside the box :thumbup
