Hi,

i have ordered something from the UK and the seller has sent it with Royal Mail. Last Friday the seller said, he has shipped the item and also he gave me the tracking number. The number begins with LB and ends with GB.

So, today is Tuesday, and the Royal Mail tracking says the same message, which also appeared Friday evening. The message is:

The system is currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference LBXXXXXXXXXGB. Please try again later.

The reference number you have entered may be incorrect. Please check and try again. Find out more about tracking reference numbers.

Information on your International Tracked item is not yet available.

Why doesn't move the item?

Ok, just now the tracking has updated and the item was collected. :)
