Hello!
I sent a Signed For package this morning, it’s just going from London to Wales so not internationally. They gave me the receipts of postage and I was on my way.
However, when I went to check the receipt an hour later to see if the parcel was in the system, I noticed they had put in an incorrect postcode. It was supposed to be going to SA62 3ET and they'd typed BA62 3ET (which doesn’t exist). I wasn’t able to run back to the post office to question it and am now really worried it’s not going to get there. The rest of the address was all correct and said Pembrokeshire, so is there a chance someone may manually catch this one and realise that a Pembrokeshire postcode isn’t BA but SA? I’d handwritten it and I thought it was quite clear so really hoping someone may help it along its way, I did put a return address on it so it can always come back but I'd really prefer for it not to!

Re: Wrong postcode that doesn't exist
you said you had hand written it, if i assume on your item, then their receipt is not worth worrying about.
It is worth returning though and pointing it out that they had copied it incorrectly onto your receipt just in case it doesn't turn up.
It should be picked up though as (i'm assuming) it has Pembrokeshire on it

Re: Wrong postcode that doesn't exist
Yes, BA is the Bath postcode which is only BA1 to BA22
but it should get to Haverfordwest if the remainder of the address is correct.
