Why not give us a r mail cotton loose t shirt for really hot days ? Forcing us to wear high viz in this heat is not a good idea bosses either ,,get real
The High Viz is not an official part of your uniform.
the only place you have to wear it is in the van yard of your delivery office, you do not need to wear it out on delivery at all.

if your manager insist that it is ask him to see the official documentation regarding this.

he won't find any :)

Hi vis is part of uniform we have to wear them our manager said that if not worn we face suspension

You'll find that chaffing is caused by ill fitting underwear. You'll have to experiment a bit because every ones different. I personally had an issue with chaffing which stopped when i swapped from boxers to briefs. :chuckle

Postmans hoop :nana

Loose fit cotton or no underwear.

Some kind of lube. I keep a small tube on me out on the round in this hotter weather.
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

I find Sudacreme (the stuff they put on babies) heals things fast.

Microfibre boxers, great wicking properties, close stretch fitting so no loose material to chaff.
I look for materials approx 90-92% polyamide & 8-10% elastane.
Keep you comfortable in hot conditions and dry out pretty quickly if you happen to get caught in a torrential rain shower.

Anal itch solution for me. Bought it in America one year. Great stuff, non sticky, and keeps them cheeks running as smoothly as a well oiled machine.
