5.4% on basic pay from October 2007If all agreed, a lump sum of £175 in October sometime.

Backpay on £324 from Apr is £421 alone, so with a lump sum of £175 we are £246 out of pocket straight away.
But to be honest i don't give two monkees about the back pay or even getting a pay rise. What i don't want is all these strings!
I don't want to go back to NO OVERTIME.
I don't expect delivery postman to change from an agreement to job and finish to a situation where there is no overtime payment for extra work.
I don't expect postman to do d2d for nothing.
I don't expect postman to be photographed at their frame.
I don't expect to be told to change my times of attendence at short notice.
i do expect to get a decent pension.
I do expect to retire at 60.
If we go back for a few gold coins we must be mad.
Take it from me this will make 'the way forward' look great!
Stand up and be counted or rue the day you didn't!
Postman think of the extra money from d2d and overtime...gone.
Mail centres...think of life without docket...(tempting i know!)
As they said you are 25% overpaid so the postmans wages on delivery needs to drop by £81....so you lose d2d £20 gone, you lose 8 hours o/t a week thats £64, so there you have it over 25% saved!
Mail centres will lose so much more...think hard!
