Delivery to Portugal - Delay

Post by mano2121 »

Hi,

I would like to show my dissatisfation about what is happening on deliveries to Portugal, where I live. I bought a thing on eBay and the seller posted it on 11 May but my order only arrived here on 23 May ( 10 working days after ) ! I have used Royal Mail Small Packets yet but it never was too slow as it is now. And I have talked to many other people from Portugal who are experiencing the same delay. I don't know if this is a Royal Mail or a CTT ( the main portuguese mail company ) delay but if it is a CTT delay I think you should warn them about it. It is a shame we have to wait 2 or 3 weeks to receive a simple small packet.

Thanks.

LOL. Sorry in that case. What should I do? Is there an email address where I can complain about that situation?

Thanks.

Indeed there is an online form at https://royalmailemailform.datasquirt.c ... actUs.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; hopefully that will at least generate a reply. :Very Happy
