Hi, I desperately need some help with track&trace here
I have sent 2 parcels from UK to South Korea on 28/04/14 and both of them to be tracked&signed for.
But when I tracked both of them yesterday it showed something really weird:

01/05/14 11:14 RECEIVED ATHEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
30/04/14 PM DESPATCHED TOSEOUL SOUTH KOREA REPUBLIC OF KOREA

As you can see that it has been despatched to South Korea on 30th of April,
and suddenly on 1st of May it showed up as it has been received at heathrow worldwide dc
it also happend the same for the other parcel:

01/05/14 11:14 RECEIVED ATHEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
01/05/14 AM DESPATCHED TOSEOUL SOUTH KOREA REPUBLIC OF KOREA

showing exactly same time that it has been received at heathrow worldwide dc.
Does that mean that they both came back&returned or has the RM updated the record later than the despatched date?
I am really confused and actually quite worried about them as I have never had this experience before.
Can someone please help me :sad: ?

what were the contents of both packages?

one were toiliteries and snacks and the other were earphones and snacks.
Nothing prohibited though. I know the rules as I have sent the parcels overseas many times.
Just never seen this happened before :sad:

But seriously, can this actually happen? Or is it just misscanned?
Can it actually be returned back to WWDC after being despatched?

Did the one with toiletries contain any pressurised containers like deodorant cans and did the other contain wireless headphones?

ok i know you are saying nothing prohibited, but exactly what were the toiletries and what were the exact contents of the other parcel?

as due to being scanned back in at heathrow looks like the items have possibly been refused to fly, cant know for certain until next scan but if you can detail exactly whats in there we may be able to shed some light on the matter

Hi

I have contacted the customer service today and they told me that it certainly has left UK on the mentioned date.
What he said was that because the bag which has both my parcels had been scanned later than the depatched items,
And that is why it shows as if they are back at Heathrow and scanned exactly at the same time!

Thanks so much for your help! I will keep updated as soon as they reach Korea :)
