PROCESSING TIME OF INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY AND STANDARD

HIO THERE. i would like to know the porcessing time before dispoacth to Portugal of a package through international economy and standard. i ve been waiting a package for 2 weeks now that doesnt have tracking number and the comany that selled to me says on their website it was shipped 10/04/14. now , they dont even know if has left UK!!please jhelp.thank you

It takes 10-15 days for International Economy, which is probably what they sent it by. It could well be with you any day. You need to keep in mind that it could potentially be stuck at Portuguese customs.

thanks for reply but thats not what i asked for .i asked how long it takes processing items before being didpsacthed from uk???and since im european and the package its coming from uk i doubt it will get stuck on custos.why should that happen if the package is from EU?please answer both questions if possible.thanks in advance

Sorry but if you are looking for official replies to your questions then we cannot provide that. You need to contact Royal Mail through official channels, which we have previously advised you to do on a separate matter.
