I had a package sent on the 1st of April.
However after checking the tracking system for the last few days.
The package has bee sitting at the Heathrow Worldwide DC for the last 3 days.
Is that normal? Is there a way I can get in contact with the Distribution Center to find out what is going on?
My delivery date was time sensitive. So I do need it in about a week or less.
Is anyone familiar with this? or have had a similar problem?

Sorry to be bearer of bad news, it could be stuck there for several weeks clearing customs, there have been large back logs there recently and no way to get it sped up unfortunately

Ironically I'm in an identical position except my parcel was due to be sent to Italy so customs shouldn't apply.
