Not receiving any post and post returning back to sender.

Hey Guys

It's been a month that I am not receiving any post from Royal Mail. Recently, my bank called me saying that the bank statement they posted came back to them as "Return to Sender", I have ordered few items from ebay and they were also returned back to sender, my university sent me few bills and it also bounced back to them as "Return to Sender". I don't know what is happening, they all have correct home address and name but I am not getting any post. The last post I received was on 27 Feb.

I don't know what to do - can you please guide me in correct direction.

You can complete an online form, (in the first drop down box choose, 'I want to complain about mail deliveries to my address', then complete the form with the relevant details). The complaint will be forwarded to the relevant office for action/response.
Alternatively you can make your complaint by telephone on 08457 740 740.

I just submitted the online form, though I was not sure about what to write in "Date the problem occurred?" - I just wrote 1 March 2014, hope this would be fine.

That should be fine, the complaint should be entered into the system and forwarded to the relevant delivery office for investigation shortly.
