Running Postman

Post by Rains »

Our postman, young lad, runs and never walks when he's delivering mail to our flats. He runs up the stairs and down the stairs, and from block to block. Not complaining as he never drops any of our letters on wet floor or in the mud. So assuming he isn't keeping fit and getting paid at same time :chuckle is he possibly running to finish early or what?

I've never asked him has he's always moving to fast! :nana

Do you guys get to do another round if you get a move on?

That's great. I did wonder why he's always in a hurry. I hope it's a fair system and the extra work is dished out in a fair way. :whistle

I'm afraid you must be wrong. This is 2014 and managers bullying employees is in fact a thing of the past. :no no

Nowadays, the boot going in can be more subtle yet, just as effective and painful. Known as something along the lines of ''performance managing'' or whatever term that can be used to better describe the boot that is going in.

This er, ''performance managing' can get you booted right out the door and all done in the best possible taste. :cuppa

School bullying! Been in that playground.

Been in the big boys real world playground as well.

Every company has these types of low life management, just that some companies don't root them out.
