lost parcel
i bought an item from china in October 2013 and was informed that i will receive it in December, till now i still have not received the item and every time i track it down it says my item is at United Kingdom Langley HWDC can you please help me in receiving this item.

It would highly unusal for an item to still sitting in the International Mail Centre (HWDC) after months.
After this length of time I think you need to contact the sender and get them to refund/replace.
If you wanted to contact Royal Mail or Parcelforce then I would try twitter as they seem very helpful, or you pass on those details to the sender.
