Incoming international mail delivered by Yodel?!?

I received an order from an online retailer recently which I had purchased from the USA.

Sender advised they had posted by the USPS; however when it was delivered to me it came via Yodel! The item had the USPS indicia and customs form etc - yodel tracking barcodes etc were applied alongside...

Is this a new thing? Are RM even losing inbound foreign mail business now?! :sad:
