Hello,

I have a problem with one of my parcels sent to the united kingdom. I sent via Greek Post Office (registered mail) a parcel on february 3rd. Since then the only information i am getting is this.

06.02.2014 16:02 Heathrow Worldwide Dc Import (Item arrived at country of destination) Tracking number is RE407583616GR

It's probably stuck in heathrow because i can't track it via the royal mail track and trace tool. I even contacted your tech support number and told me to get in touch with customs there. I couldn't find anyone there to get in touch (+44 2920 501 261 that's the nunber i tried). It's getting frustrating trying to track my parcel after so many services and phone numbers. My last resort is to fill up a missing form in my local post office, but i am giving a last shot here. If anyone can give me any help or some piece of information i can use i'd be very grateful.

its been a very long time since it was sent so it appears to be either lost or in the process of being returned, im not sure when you can claim on it but a call to customer services is your best bet
