Can you help please? Tracking from China.

Post by Aylesburylad »

Hi, I wonder if anyone may be able to help me please?

I have paid for an item to be posted from China to the UK.

I have checked this code on Royal Mail, Parcel Force, parcelfromchina, and a number of other Chinese sites that allow tracking of multiple logistics providers like ems/dhl etc.

Every site does not recognise the tracking code I have been given, it was dispatched 4 days ago and I have checked multiple times, so I would have hoped any software glitches or delays in the item being tracked would have been self evident by now.

The tracking number I have been given is: CET140211TDL000003 and is meant to be coming via Royal Mail. It seems too long to be the correct number?

Does anyone recognise this tracking number format? Or can you give me any advice? :Very Happy

Kind Regards

I recently received a parcel from China with a similar tracking number to the one you've been given i.e. three letters then load of numbers/ and or letters.
The goods were a type which would usually be subject to customs charges if handled by Royal Mail / Parcelforce without third party relaying.
In my case the goods had been sent to a distribution company in the West Midlands who forwarded them on to me via Yodel and local HDNL delivery lady delivered the goods from the back of her car.
Anyhow, the tracking number was issued by Yodel so maybe try your tracking number at http://www.myyodel.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ?
