Hi, i've ordered a set of tools for making models from ebay and its coming from China.
I've purchased the product in 12/27/13, and from the information i've received from the tracking number are as follows:
Your item was received by sorting centre(UNITED KINGDOM LANGLEY HWDC) at 2014-01-04 11:19:00
This was in Jan 04 2014!!!!, and its is now the 2nd of February 2014!!!, So I've waited for nearly a month and the item has not yet arrived. I am very
upset, that it has not yet been processed for delivery!!!!!! This kind of service is really awful!!!!!!!!!!!! I really would like to be able to receive my item!!!!!!!!

Most likely being held up by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs deciding that you owe them some money for it 
and then there will be the "£8 handling fee" to be added
"Patience is a virtue" as they say
and any number of exclamation marks won't speed things up.
